HELP YOUR SON UNLOCK A FUTURE DEFINED BY SELF-BELIEF AND COURAGE

The happy boy you once knew…

…is now a struggling to handle the daily pressure of life.

Why has he changed?

Unfortunately, negative thinking and poor self-image have caused his self-esteem and self-confidence to plummet, leaving him feeling stressed-out and overwhelmed. It's almost as if he's at the mercy of his own mind, powerless to control his thoughts and feelings.

Our subconscious mind is a powerful force that can trigger fear and self-doubt, leading to negative self-talk. But what if your son had the tools to take control of his mind and steer it in the right direction?

Introducing,
I would, but MY DAMN MIND won't let me! for young men. The multi-award-winning guide for teen girls was revised by the husband-and-wife team, Jacqui Letran and Joseph Wolfgram, to meet the unique needs of teen boys and young men.

Jacqui has over 20 years of experience working with teens in the medical and holistic world. Joseph has a degree in psychology, is a hypnotherapist, and is an accomplished speaker.

Together, they wrote this quick, yet powerful read that will help your son discover where his faulty beliefs came from and how to change his mind for success and happiness.

Your son will learn to become the master of his own mind, and with a positive mindset, he can achieve his goals and live the life of his dreams.

Don't wait any longer. Get this book now and give your son the gift of a brighter future.

Get this book!

My son who usually prefers YouTube videos and video games couldn't put this book down. He told me many times that "this author gets it." He read me his favorite passages and we had the most interesting and in-depth conversations. It really helped my son understand himself and helped me to understand him better. Highly recommend.

My son actually read the book!

I've purchased a few books for my 15 year old son in the past that went untouched. He chuckled when he saw the title of this book and started flipping through it. A couple of days later, he asked for the workbook. I'm thrilled that he finally found a book he enjoyed.

A book that sheds light on the darker tunnels of our mind

"I would, but MY DAMN MIND won't let me!: A Guided Workbook to Help Young Men Use the Power of the Mind to Be Positive, Happy, and Confident" by award-winning author Jacqui Letran, is a companion book to "I would, but MY DAMN MIND won't let me: A Young Man's Guide to Understanding His Thoughts and Feelings". The best way to describe this book is with an analogy. Imagine a doctor trying to perform a critical operation without understanding the nature of the body part being operated on? What are the chances of success? In comparison, how does one succeed in life, operating at optimal levels, without understanding how your own mind works; how those inner voices affect you and how to control the subconscious mind which can work both for and against you? Letran's book is aimed at showing teens, and for that matter, any reader, how to understand how the mind, both the conscious part and the subconscious mind, work in tandem, how they integrate and what makes the subconscious mind work against you - resulting in stress, depression, anxiety, lack of confidence and self-esteem. Sadly, no one hands you a manual when you are growing up, one that clearly explains how your mind functions, and why, when you experience negative emotions and negative thoughts, you can spiral out of control. There should be a manual for life, and whether it is this book or not, it should certainly present the inner workings of the mind with the simplicity that Letran does, and how, through practice and discipline, one can become master of the subconscious element and navigate with understanding and greater success through life. I recommend both books - for anyone who wants to shed light on the dark tunnels and recesses of their own mind.
