- We ship both locally and worldwide.
Orders are shipped out within 3 business days and should arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment.
International orders take 15 or more business days to be delivered via UPS or USPS from shipment day.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
- Orders $65 and over will have free shipping.
- Orders under $65 will be charged for shipping, depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping costs, duty, or customs clearing processing fees (at the Country of Origin of the return and/or upon arrival in the USA) are non-refundable.
- If you refuse any shipments from Jacqui Letran, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returns must be requested and product received back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Exchanges must be requested and product received back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a exchange. While we provide labels to send your item(s) back, the label will need to be printed by the customer.
To Start a Return or Exchange:
- Initiate a Return or Exchange please send an email to Support@JacquiLetran.com and let us know which item or items you would like to return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. While we provide labels to send your item(s) back, the label will need to be printed by you.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You can always contact us for any return question at support@JacquiLetran.com.
Once the item is received in its original condition, you will be issued a refund of the cost of the item plus taxes if applicable. Shipping costs, duty, or customs clearing processing fees (at the Country of Origin of the return and/or upon arrival in the USA) are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of package arrival if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- There are absolutely no refunds on Audio Book & Ebook orders under any circumstance.When a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Since they are delivered instantly to your email, our automated software does not allow refunds on electronic products.If you have any other issues with your audio book or ebook order, please contact support@JacquiLetran.com.
- There are absolutely no refunds on clearance or used items.

Shop.JacquiLetran.com does not guarantee a change or cancelation can be made following order confirmation due to the stage of package processing and delivery.
Tracking information is available via the automated order confirmation which was sent to you via the email address you provided.
We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and abroad.
Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take up to 72 hours for your order to ship (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
No movement to tracking number?
If your tracking information shows no movement within 5 business days, please contact us at Support@JacquiLetran.com ASAP.
If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
